Many individuals seen in the practice have commented on a lack of emotion, ability to feel joy, or sense of connection to self and the world around them. While traditional psychotherapy can go a long way towards anchoring an individual to their sense of self, somatic experiences are also recommended, and many people find benefit to them. Stacy was introduced to Tibetan singing bowls while on her own wellness journey and felt an instant physical sensation while listening to them; something missing from her own more cognitive-based experience.
Stacy offers sound baths and forest baths, both in group and individual sessions. These sessions can be separate services or as part of your psychotherapeutic process with Stacy. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy can also be combined with a longer psychotherapeutic relationship, offered with a sound bath, or as a completely separate service.
