Enso Counseling & Wellness offers supervision and subcontracting opportunities for pre‑ or provisionally-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure in Pennsylvania. Our goal is to support early-career clinicians in building confidence, refining clinical skills, and learning the craft of private practice—all within a trauma-informed, socially conscious environment that honors authenticity, curiosity, and care.
Our supervision and subcontracting approach is about more than hours and paperwork—it’s about helping clinicians develop into thoughtful, grounded, and ethically-driven practitioners. You’ll deepen clinical confidence, integrate theory and relational skill, and learn the practical rhythms of running a private practice, all while being supported in a space that values curiosity, reflection, and authenticity.
Supervision aligns with Pennsylvania licensure requirements, helping clinicians complete supervised hours toward independent licensure. Our model includes:
Regular supervision meetings with a qualified supervisor
At least 2 hours of supervision (minimum 1 individual) for every 40 hours worked
Guidance to strengthen case conceptualization, ethical practice, and relational skill
Supervision may be paired with subcontracting opportunities—or undertaken independently—depending on your goals and learning needs.
Clinicians participating in supervision are responsible for maintaining their own professional liability insurance and adhering to board requirements for documentation and reporting of licensure hours.
Pre‑licensed clinicians who subcontract with Enso have the opportunity to:
Build a caseload within their scope of practice
Set your own schedule and manage your client load
Gain hands-on experience with documentation, scheduling, and client care
Grow into the craft of private practice with mentorship and support
Receive clinical supervision at no additional cost while subcontracting
Subcontractors remain independent contractors, responsible for their own malpractice insurance, scheduling, and clinical responsibilities within supervision guidelines.
